I've spent over a decade in product.
The titles changed. The products changed. The technology definitely changed.

The interesting problems didn't.

How I work

01

I’m deeply curious about the problem

Before jumping to solutions, I step back to view the problem through every lens from customer pain points to organizational impact and everything in between. Deconstructing it down to first principles.

02

I use evidence to create conviction, not certainty

Customer conversations, product data, commercial signals, and technical constraints rarely tell you exactly what to do. They are key inputs to help you make a better-informed decision.

03

I bring people into the problem, not just the plan

Engineering, design, sales, customer success, leadership... and of course, the customer. When people share deep problem context, they make better decisions together, even when opinions differ.

04

I get my hands dirty and close the loop

Hard work. Dedication. Critical and curious thinking.
Nothing beats getting your hands dirty....building, collaborating, and working in the trenches with others to push toward an outcome that delivers measurable impact.
